Deleting the data piXelmart holds about your accounts
If you have connected a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a
Google Business Profile or a YouTube channel to piXelmart, this page tells you
exactly what we hold and how to remove it.
What we actually store
One thing per connected platform: the authorisation you granted
— the access token, its refresh token where the platform issues one, when it
expires, and the list of permissions you approved. It is encrypted before it is
saved and is tied to your piXelmart account.
We do not currently store your posts, your followers, your reviews, your
video statistics or any other content from those platforms. If that changes,
this page will say so before it does.
We never receive, ask for or store your password on any platform.
Removing it yourself, in about ten seconds
- Sign in to piXelmart and open Connect your accounts.
- Find the platform you want to remove.
- Press Disconnect.
That deletes the authorisation immediately and permanently. Nothing on
Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube is changed or deleted — only what
piXelmart was holding.
Removing it from the platform’s side
You can also withdraw access without visiting piXelmart at all:
- Facebook and Instagram — Settings & privacy → Settings →
Apps and websites → remove piXelmart. - Google and YouTube — Google Account → Third-party apps & services
→ remove piXelmart.
Doing that stops piXelmart being able to use the authorisation. To have the
stored copy deleted as well, use Disconnect above or write to us.
Asking us to delete it
Email piXelmartLLP@gmail.com from
the address on your piXelmart account, with the subject
Delete my data, and say which platform — or say
everything.
We will confirm when it is done. We aim to complete requests within seven
days and will not take longer than thirty.
Deleting your piXelmart account entirely
Ask in the same email. Removing your account removes every connection
authorisation with it. Orders and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax
law requires us to keep them, and nothing else is.
