Consultants

Booking a consultant on piXelmart takes four steps:

1. Find them: ask piXel AI with the niche, city or budget, or open the consultants page and tap a profile. No account is needed to look.
2. On the profile, pick a session from their rate card (such as 30 or 60 minutes), video call or phone call, then a date and a time slot - Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
3. Press Book now. This is the only step that needs your free piXel account - sign in or create one, and you come straight back.
4. The slot is held for you for 45 minutes while you pay. You pay the price shown plus 18% GST, and the booking is confirmed when the payment goes through.

A booking cannot be cancelled once it is made, and booking amounts are not refunded - the Refund Policy has the full terms. Someone showing "Rate on request", or who has not opened any dates yet, cannot be booked online yet.

Each consultant sets their own price, and it is on their card and profile. Among the consultants listed today, prices start at ₹499 (30 minutes). Someone without a rate card shows "Rate on request" and cannot be booked online yet. The checkout adds 18% GST.

Consultants take sessions Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, by video call or phone call. Pick a date and a time slot on their 30-day calendar - a booking takes that hour only. If someone has not opened any dates yet, their profile says so - ask piXel AI and it will show you others.

Once a booking is made you cannot cancel it - the booking form says so before you press Book now. An unpaid hold simply lapses after 45 minutes and the slot goes back. Booking amounts are not refunded; the Refund Policy has the full terms.

"Verified by piXelmart" on a profile means a person at piXelmart spoke to them and they agreed to be listed - it is read from that recorded agreement, not self-declared. It is not a rating. Ratings and reviews appear only when real clients have reviewed real bookings. Your booking is with piXelmart, and piXelmart is answerable for the work.

To be listed as a consultant on piXelmart, fill in the form on For Creators. piXelmart agrees the listing with you before your profile goes public - nobody is listed without saying yes, and you set your own price and dates.
